1. Find relevant roles on the company’s careers page.
2. Go to LinkedIn and search for people who work there (good habits help, don’t they?) and they know you. Share your resume and ask them for a referral.
3. You might not get a referral because people might not know you even if you’re connected with them, that’s why interacting with people and their content is important. In this case, try to reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn of that company and approach them.
4. If steps 2 and 3 don’t work then apply directly from the careers site and yes it works!
